Collection 025003: Some drugs can be used to specifically target cancer cells and kill them. They have a lesser effect on healthy normal cells but will still kill them eventually. The trick is to deliver a dose that kills the cancer before it kills the patient! There is much research to create even more specific drugs that leave normal cells unaffected.
